Rigging / Drapery Components Counterweight System 

The fly rigging system as installed is a standard T-Guide Counterweight type with the locking rail and operating position located at floor level, Stage Right. A loading gallery and weight storage is located above the locking rail at the top trim position. Twenty-two of thirty-four tracks are currently occupied. The operating tracks, reading from downstage to upstage, are as follows:

In addition to the above, a Teaser matching the colour and style of the main drape is dead-hung between the fire curtain and the main drape. This teaser may be winched out. Notes: The Main Drape can be operated as a drop curtain or as a traveller. All legs are broken downstage three feet from the offstage end. Leg trim is 28 feet. There is a third set of Acoustic Reflector Panels hung from a motorized lineset located between linesets 25 and 26. The line sets for the Reflectors are dedicated and may not be used for any other purposes. This theatrical counterweight system is a specialized rigging system, the operation of which must be appropriately supervised in order to maintain safety standards. The attachments below are a PDF images of the stage which includes the drape schedule and a sketch of the auditorium and stage.
